Really cool, really comfortable...until it breaks
This chair was awesome for 3-4 sits around the fire... but my 235 pounds was clearly more than it was rated to hold. Customer service was really nice the first time - replaced a broken foot no questions asked. Sadly though the next time i sat in it one of the legs folded like a cheap suit which was quite entertaining to the other drunks around the fire.

DDA from July 6, 2020 is correct!
Boy did I learn about this chair's weakness the hard way. I was sitting in a rEvolve chair in a pop-up hunting blind when it collapsed! It was pre-dawn and I was holding a loaded shotgun hunting turkey when all of a sudden I was on my back, feet up in the air. The gun didn't discharge, fortunately, and my hunting partner made the gun safe and helped me up. Too bad parts aren't available as I would replace all the connecting rods and feet to avoid another failure like I, and DDA, experienced. Use with caution!!

Loved the chair when I bought it
Loved the chair when I bought it. the plastic support bars broke and can no longer use chair safely. Tried over and over to contact the company with no resolve . Maybe it is time for them to re-evolve as a company. Love the product, hated the quality and am mortified by no company support. The contact us did not even work on their website.

Not Durable - fall danger
We bought 2 of these chairs a few years ago, and used them very sparingly. I would guess that in total we only had a few hours of sitting time. We are well under the weight limits. However, there is a serious design flaw. A the very bottom, there are rods that connect to the feet that (one of which has the warning sticker to push to lock, the ones that run parallel to the ground when fully extended). These rods are connected to the feet by bolts, those bolts going through holes in the rods. Therein is the problem. The metal of the rods is too weak and thin. At the point of the bolt attachment, it gets fatigued and the metal simply snaps, which means you fall on your butt at some random point - hard. The chair is unusable if any of these rods break. I looked at the other rods on both chairs and they all showed fatigue in the area of the hole through which the bolt attaches to the foot. They all need to be replaced with something stronger to make these safe. We have much cheaper folding chairs that are sturdy and have been used 100x as much with no issue. There is no excuse for this type of failure.Unfortunately, the company seems to no longer exist. We had hoped that maybe they had better parts they would offer for replacement as they seem easy enough to take on and off. The website (emblazoned on the chair and in their marketing) is down. I can't find them anywhere. This is a serious enough issue that it should have resulted in a recall. It can cause serious harm to someone falling, not to mention it renders the chairs unusable. It is a shame because otherwise the chairs look to be very sturdy. Someone just picked the wrong metal for these things. Unfortunately, we found all this out when camping near the Boundary Waters - I can tell you that when a man falls in the forest at 6 a.m. before a hike while trying to put on his shoes sitting in one of these chairs, you can hear him swearing.
