The last thing I want first thing in the morning is something milky or thick. I bought the raspberry flavor. I enjoy the taste. I shake it in a shaker and it mostly dissolves well. But as other people mentioned, you have to use 2 scoops to get the amount of protein most of us are looking for. So the canister doesn't last as long and costs more than desired for the amount.
