But it didn't do it for me, I have a high caffeine tolerance so it may work for you but not me also I eat fairly clean and drink plenty of water fyi.

I bought these vitamins in hopes to cut back on coffee consumption and avoiding midday crashing around 3-4pm. These actually surprised me. I drank 1 around 4pm with an early dinner and it worked. I will definitely purchase them again.

Guayusa is a new find for me, it's a tea included in one of my favorite Kombuchas. Sometimes supplements won't offer the same benefits as their food equivalent, but I have found this supplement to be everything the Guayusa tea is. I wanted a supplement as it's easy to consume consistently. I've added this to my morning vitamins. I have Chronic Fatigue and have noticed a nice energy and mental clarity improvement with Guayusa. This will be a regular on my supplement for me.

I can't drink Coffee or Green tea, so I've been using the guayusa capsules as a caffeine source substitute; Excellent supplement that gives me a nice energy boost, provides such clean energy and even helps me focus without crashing! Great stuff and doesn't give me the jitters as a side-effect. Love it !
