I dount it has a drastic effect on hoe hair grows, but as a after wash treatment I dont see why not someone would not want to use it. It does soften hair and created a pleasant feeling. It's not expensive, easy to use, so why not try it :). It might work better for you, especially is you have thinner and lighter hair.
