Quality material and finish
This is indeed thin wall and works on 2014 Ghibli. Finish looks good as a quality product. There are three metal plates inside rather than five as shown in photo for clamping spark plug head.

Great socket special little hands inside to grab socket
I’ve been working on cars 20 years and this is such a cool socket it grabs onto the socket so it doesn’t drop back into the piston I would buy again!
