Recommended to me - excellent mop and bucket makes floor cleaning much easier and quicker with another top quality product from this company

I like using it but I am not very toll and it is a bit hart to raise it in to the bucket. My husband and I have a laugh with my clumsiness.

The Leifheit mop system is worth taking the time to get to know. I was attracted by the size and format of the mop and the prospect of saving time when cleaning our large areas of hard flooring. Initially I was slightly put off by what appeared to be rather complicated operating instructions (which could be better illustrated). But it is worth persevering. The big, rectangular mop itself is very effective, particularly for large areas and getting into corners. Once familiar with the squeezing / wringing device, it is quite easy to use. Once finished, the mop head pad is easily removable for more thorough washing.

What a great set - and it really is compact.The bucket is clearly designed to squeeze out maximum water but a levered mechanism, but it also holds a decent amount of water to allow for rinsing effectively.Also included is a great mop/sweeper - it has a really wide head but manoeuvres on a very effective swivel joint so there is a great ease about it. It quickly covers the whole floor. I like the good long length of the handle too.The pad is easy to attach or remove, and washes in the machine beautifully.It's worth reading the box pictures carefully to master the head detaching to get the 'knack' - but once you have it, it's dead easy to do.I've used it throughout the house and I can honestly say I'd not go back to a sponge mop after this. It really is worth every penny.Highly recommended.

Whilst the product was ‘easy’ to assemble the only instructions that came with the product were the ones that came on the packaging. These were still not 100% clear to me!Once assembled the mop was easy to use – it swivels around which makes it more maneuverable however for storage – it does take up a bit of space. It did take a few attempts to work out the function to wring out the water from the mop

I like the way this works, once you figure it out! Watching online videos seems the best way to get the knack of it quickly. It makes sense and is easy to use. However, I need to take away a star because the price is quite prohibitive, especially if you've never owned a Leifheit product before

When I want a mop and bucket, I expect to get just that, not a 3D jigsaw puzzle with absolutely no instructions as to how to put it together. OK, I expect the handle to be in parts in order to fit into the box and this attaches with no problems. The problem is what to do with the head unit and particularly the microfibre wiper which appears to be much too big to fit onto the head. Whatever I do, I cannot get it on and there is no instruction whatsoever to help me. Also, what is the extra metal bit on the top. I thought maybe it extended to put the wiper on, but it doesn’t move or appear to serve any purpose. Therefore, I cannot use this.

The mop is very easy to use and cleans very well - and seems to last forever with the odd wash in the washing machine. The bucket on the other hand is the work of the Devil. Instructions not great and only viewing of videos made it more apparent how it should work. It’s a shame because the mop is so good.Pricing is another concern - while the function is good, the package is a good 2x more than equivalent products - and it just isn’t that much better, especially wiith that bucket.A good product and it does deserve 4 stars but it definitely has room for improvement.
