simple and easy
I had shoulder surgery and the Physical Therapist had this pulley in her office for me to use. I ask her how much and she told me way to much then the list price. The pulley has help me with range of motion behind my back, lefting my arm straight up and to the side. I would recommend the Range of Motion Shoulder Pulley.
