The “Chanterelle Mushrooms by Dirfis” are naturally dried as described below: 1st STAGE: At this stage the fresh mushrooms are sundried for 6 hours in a Solar Dryer Greenhouse, using the Greek sunshine. It is well known that when mushrooms are exposed to sunlight, the level of Vitamin D can be significantly increased. 2st STAGE: The drying process is being continued in a hot air-dryer to get the mushrooms fully dry at a controlled temperature of 55 °C. The “Chanterelle Mushrooms by Dirfis” are naturally dried. Due to moisture loss, dried mushrooms may break in smaller pieces. No elasticity additives are used anywhere in the processing. -Akros Food Team-
