Essential Health Helps Stop Snoring Throat Spray, 2 Fluid Ounce

This works great on my husband. He said flavor isn't too bad. Minty and alcohol. Not great but manageable.

First off it does not work. Secondly it simply tastes like some sort of toxic chemical that you should never put into your mouth. Absolutely the most disgusting thing I've ever purchased and sprayed in my mouth. Stay away from this terrible junk and look for something else. Unless you enjoy vomit inducing tastes and would like to continue snorting... then this product is for you.

I had been using another brand that worked really well and then they discontinued the product. I was looking for a spray type product to use, simply because I like the spray. After extensive searching...Stop Snoring was one of the very few I found in a price point I was willing to pay. I have to say that the spray does work, or help at least. It is effective for a period of time and it does wear off after a bit. If I or my husband is having a "bad"night we will wake the other one to take some. Enabling us to fall back to sleep. The negative of the product is it tastes awful, I can't put my finger on the taste but I think I can taste lavender as well as some other things.I don't really know what it is other than AWFUL! The funny thing is the bottle says new and improved taste. That only makes me wonder how awful it was before.

Not totally efficient for me but it did improve and I like the product, I think it is too expensive for what it is. It would sell more if it was cheaper.

Perhaps the flavor isn't good but, boy, does it do the job of getting phlegm out of my throat to enhance my sleeping. I love the product! And it is not addictive, non-medicinal. I love that about it.

Works as well as other throat sprays but tastes by far the worst. Sort of like having new tire smell mixed the odor of burning plastic. Imagine spraying that in your mouth. I honestly cannot imagine them making it worse in terms of flavor.

I normally sleep alone. I know I snore, and when I was going on a trip where I would be sleeping in the same room as others, I was concerned I would keep them up. Not like a giant orgy or anything, but picture a camping trip, but indoors. An orgy was never even considered, because close friends and kids were there too. I'm not like that. Anyways, the first thing I asked when I woke up was if I snored at all. The answer was OH YEAH. So it didn't even help a little.

4 stars for effective, 0 stars for taste. It seems to help reduce my snoring but tastes TERRIBLE. You get used to it, but it's still pretty bad even when you are used to it. I have noticed that it seems to ward off a sore throat as an added benefit. Sometimes allergy drainage makes my throat sore, but this seems to have reduce that.
