Clear Folding Display Box for Extra Large 11-12.5 inch Dolls and Action Figures, 6" W x 3" D x 13" H

Read the reviews almost didn’t purchase, measured my broken Barbie box and felt that the new box would fit perfectly. It did! Not sure how it will fit other Barbie’s but if you measure you won’t be disappointed. I also folded the plastic so it would be a little more stable.

It was for a Queen Elizabeth Barbie. I just put it in the recycle bin.

I can’t fault this product for being plastic because that is advertised, however the assembly is a nightmare. It is incredibly difficult to shape and get it together, and it’s a whole other issue trying to get the lid on. It doesn’t even serve to protect the item from dust very well as it was impossible to get a tight fit with the lid. I do think visually it looks fine once it’s together.

The case is roomy but hard to keep folded open. I ended up having to tape it to get the top and bottom to stay on and to get the sides to not bow around the ends.

My Chewbacca Figure is 12” tall and about 5” wide. This plastic case is shipped flat. Two sides are creased by manufacturer; you have to crease the other two opposite sides to create the box shape. I found pinching it tightly all the way down each side worked well. The top and bottom clip into either end and the two sides fold over the outer edge. As it comes shipped flat; the sides will be concave (curve in towards the figure); I personally found this to work as it holds the figure in place better. Some people may not like it. It is not a perfect seal; so dust may get in. I could not afford the $50-$100 glass sealed-dust free cases; so for the $17 this cost I am well pleased with the protection it offers my figurine. Note that it does tend to have static cling affect with pet hair…so assemble it away from pets. Over-all I found the case to be sturdy enough for my needs and it’s keeping most of the dust off of it.

I bought this for a very old and slightly beat up Cinderella Barbie. It's a simple case for my dolly but she looks great and I get to memorialize my childhood toy. I never played with her she was my prize barbie but she got damaged in the great roof leaks of 1999 and 2004. So it's perfect for the one doll I own. It's sturdy and shiny.
