Takes a long time to charge and the batteries charge does not last very long

Not very happy with the item, takes for ever to charge (recently) and now even after a full charge it depletes to one light instantly. And of course this happens right after the cannot return date of Oct 8th...... Update 10/14 Case has died won't charge itself now, ridiculous

This will be an initial review as I have only received the product as of today, 01/17/2016.First off, the clear protector is not so. The top and bottom are frosted so when applied it appears silver so I recommend purchasing the same color as your device. This is a true edge to edge tempered glass screen protector. Installation was a breeze. The protector adheres to the edges only but there is very little bulge at the center of the screen with my Symmetry Series OtterBox. Responsiveness seems fair but sometimes lags while typing close to the edges.While I've yet to drop or scratch it is can't respond as to how it's performance truly is.

Whenever my note 9 starts to get hot, the cover case already knows to stop charging toprevent phone from over-heat. I am a gamer and I purchased the Galaxy Note 9because of its screen and battery life. However, the factory battery life isn't nearly asgood as having the case's battery life as well. It more than doubles my gaming timebefore looking for an actual charger.

Good case. Charges and protects well my note pretty well. Some things I didn't like is that it is a bit bulky. I have to put it in my bag because it doesn't feel comfortable in my pockets. Another issue that I have is that the battery will last me only a single day, but I think it has to be with me having it on all day, still wish it lasted a few days.

Case does not fit the phone well. Very slick and the bulk makes it impossible to use finger print to open. Very disappointed not an everyday case

Battery drains very fast, not close to 5000 mAh.
