ETA: dropped review to one star due to seller ignoring my return request. Note to seller: don’t request that the buyer contact you with issues if you don’t plan to respond.Bought for a 5th grader; measured her zip-up binder prior to purchase and felt like it still had some wiggle room. Well, it won't hold anything more than just the binder and the zippers are so flimsy they broke after 5 days of use. Have requested a return and hoping the seller is easy to work with.We also did not realize it was a product that was shipping from overseas. We did not get it in time for the start of school, but it did arrive much earlier than anticipated and she had it for the 3rd day of school. It is very cute and all of her friends liked it, unfortunately it is just too small for her needs and did not hold up to very light use.

My daughter was really excited to get this backpack, but when it arrived it was smaller than we thought it would be. It didn't fit her school stuff so she wanted to keep it just as a fun bag to have. Within the first day of using it, the front pouch zipper was broken and lost, and the main pouch zipper was broken. I tried to fix it, and kind of succeeded, but she has to be very careful zipping and unzipping it or the zipper comes off the teeth again. The small flap that covers the zipper is too close to the zipper, so you have to flip the flap back to be able to unzip the pack without the zipper breaking. Also, the straps do not stay cinched. They slide out very easily so we had to keep re-cinching them. I plan to send it back, I just have to find a box.

Absolutely adorable.. My pre-teen was looking for a backpack not so "kid like" well she found it, just the right size, multi color options with a touch of satin ribbons.. 💘

Received the bag with the back strap coming off. Had to buy one locally for my daughter to use. After closer observation, I noticed the thread that sewed the strap to the bag itself was unraveling. It seems like it was not finished to prevent this from happening. Because we were in the process of moving coast to coast, I missed my return window. The item looks cute in the picture but it’s definitely not worth the money. Now I will either spend more money to have someone else fix the problem or just donate the item. Bag was never used. Really disappointed.

My 10 year old daughter and I thought this was going to be cute & feminine yet not too girly but for some reason it doesn't look the same in person. The part of the straps that hang is not black or any other color matching the ribbon which is ugly and there is an ugly strip of grey along the side as well. We returned ours.

Cute bag! My teen picked it out and lives the design but it's much smaller than she expected, can't hold trapper keeper type folder. Not sure I'd recommend for school bag. Now she just uses it as bag to carry outfit or few things when spending night with friend.

My 12 year old picked this for "school " this year. It does not fit her zipper binder but does fit other ring binders. She's happy.

My 5th grader had it for less then 2 month and one of the steps broke. She does not carry anything heavy in it,just 2 books( light) and maybe 1/2 notebooks. I saw the strep together and then slider came off the track. Tyres fixing it and making slider fit tighter-the whole slider fell apart. I loved how the backpack looked,but not happy what happend to it.
