Crystal glasses beautiful, however there was no attractive gift box as stated. Box was a flimbsy cardboard box.

The flutes were very nice and the bride and groom loved them!The only obstacle was delivery date not delivered on date stated.

I sent these as a wedding gift to a dear friend. She loved them and they arrived in plenty of time for her to use at the reception. I am sure they will see many anniversaries and other special occasions.

Yes they are beautiful but I had ordered them for a friend and one was shadered and the other had chips all over it! I know it's hard to get things like this in one price but at least wrap them securely I was devastated hopefully I can get another set for my friend and her new husband with out them being broken

Beautiful, but very heavy.

While the flutes are pretty and well-priced, the 1st order arrived with a chip on one of the rims and the 2nd order arrived with the top of one flute completely broken

Love drinking mimosas out of these flutes on the weekends. It did take ordering 3 sets in a row over the course of 2-3 weeks in order to get 2 glasses that weren't chipped or shattered or without bubbles inside the crystal. Biggest problem was almost zero protective packaging in the boxes to keep them from breaking during pack and ship. the CSR I talked to on the phone said they were deff going to look into it.

I was hesitant to purchase such a special engagement gift without seeing it. These Reed & Barton Soho Crystal Flutes rank right up there with Waterford and the other top names in Crystal. The design of these flutes is simple yet beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone searching for flutes with class, beauty and elegance. The recipients were delighted with their gift and plan to use them on their special day.
