Slightly oversized but stylish and breezy
The media could not be loaded. Overall a great looking product. But the size hits you as odd right away, probably an illusion due to the square shape since fan blades look normal.Nice light pink color, matches the decor. Not too loud, very breezy. Great for the bedroom. Better than a huge ceiling fan hanging over your head and threatening to chop up your face someday :). Don't mean to be dark, but I think ceiling fans are ugly and past its time.Could have provided a mute function, buttons beep too loud in the night. Also, should have a single start button, right now you have to click the on button and then hit 1 on the remote to get the fan started every time.

Poor design
Poorly designed product. While assembling it is easy, it is not easy to fix its vertical position (cf. oscillation movement is horizontal) to a desired direction. The vertical position is to be fixed, as I understood from the bare minimum instructions given with the product, by tightening the bolt/nut combination.First of all, the caps that are inserted over the Nut/bolt on either side (for aesthetics) are extremely difficult to dislodge. These caps have to be removed to tighten the nut/ bolt. Finally I had to insert a hole in the caps to prise them out thereby destroying them. The cap design itself is bad. With two locking arms, they lock themselves at the bottom of the pit/ recess in which the bolt/ nut are located (see the picture, where the holes for locking are located - at the bottom of the pit, below the Philips-Head Screw/ bolt). Normally, the caps should have locks at the top of the pit/ recess making it easier to prise them open. I wonder anyone at the factory ever tried to remove the caps once they are fixed in place! If there is any other method, the same is not given in the instruction sheet.Secondly, however you tighten the bolt/ nut, the fan-head will not remain in position because this vertical movement of the fan head is spring-loaded. I tried removing the spring and then fixing the head in a specific desired position; it does not work as the bolt and nut cannot hold the head in a specific position even without a spring. With the spring in place, vertically the fan aligns itself to only one position - as dictated by the temper of the spring. The spring is a strong one and hence the fan head cannot hold itself against the spring. Ideally, the temper/ force of the spring should be less than the pressure the head exerts including the gravitational force, aided by the bolt/ nut. The spring is so strong that even the bolt/nut too cannot hold it place.Hence, I used a 'stopper' (a piece of old wire) of appropriate thickness to keep the fan in the desired vertical position (see the picture). If I have to change the vertical position to another desired level, I will have to find a stopper of suitable thickness to achieve this.Instead of this existing design, they could have given two interlocking plates with 5/ 10 degree movements. Then there would be no need for a spring.I could have returned the product, but I experienced this issue when I was getting it installed, which happened after more than a month of delivery.Otherwise, the fan's breeze and throw are good. There are no complaints about it. It is also fairly less noisy. Havells Swing Dzire 300mm Wall Fan (Light Grey)

cumbersome to clean and maintain
screw mechanism to clean and maintain fan blades is cumbersome. plastic blades so it is not rusting. nothing great - just a mediocre wall fan.
