We use it everyday, sometimes twice a day. Like all fully automatic WMs this too will consume to much water but you can limit that by selecting mode=3 (fast).Been using it for over 3 months now and absolutely no complain.One other thing- the bottom message was missing when the machine arrived. We called up BPL and thier guy fixed the bottom mesh in 3 days. Impressive service!

Really good. I would like to mention this that Haier washing machine tub will become pale yellow after prolonged use. This tu is made of steel. I have not used Haier heard from my friend. During installation check if u need adaptor for fixing inlet pipe, I think it can be brought from outside for cheap price. I was charged 300, dono how much will it cost outside

Reviewing the product after 6-months use (Frequency : Thrice a week) Have not faced any issues till now.Fully-automatic top-load washing machine with Capacity of 6.2 kg. Ideal for a small family and bachelors alike.Hard plastic outer body with Stainless steel wash drum at affordable price range.Small & compact size, fits into those crampy & unused spaced of apartments.Motor spin is good. Minimal noise during washing except while spinning.10 Pre-programmed Wash modes with - 24Hrs Delay Start, Air Dryer, Child Lock & Auto-Shutdown.Pros:+ Automatic imbalance correction, which is good, doesn’t need much of your attention.+ Best features I liked in this product is: Water Consumption can be controlled with 8-water level controls. Now a days in cities with much water scarcity, this feature is a must.Now for the Cons there isn’t any to affect cleaning performance; Better read these as Features that are not available, in case you are specifically looking for these.- No options for hot washing.- No Memory Function to assist operations during power cuts. (e.g. In the middle of the operation if power goes out and then comes back; the machine will repeat the wash cycle from the beginning. Timer will reset itself. Same thing when you power off the machine by mistake, instead of pausing)BPL’s been around for a fairly long time in India with a good track record. Making this quality product available at an affordable price range is a commendable effort.I see the price has gone down since I bought it for Rs.10990/- in Mar-18; Which is anyway good for future customers. :)

After seeing so many positive reviews, i decided to buy this washing machine despite the skepticism from parents towards the brand. The delivery and installation was prompt from Amazon, but that is where positives ended.While using it the first time, i noticed water falling on my leg from below the washing machine when it was filling up. I called up the installation team and informed them of the same. They came and told that it was not installation related and was a drum problem. I was initially thinking to return the item and buy a different brand, but then thought it could be a one off incident. So i put up a request with Amazon to replace the machine.The replacement took few days to initiate as they had to inspect the machine before pick up. After the item was picked up, it took a few days for the new machine to come. When the new machine was installed, I checked it to ensure that there is no leakage like earlier by filling up some water. However, after the installation team went, on the first use another surprise awaited me. Though there was no leak, the water filling never stopped in the machine. The drum used to get full and used to overflow from the top and the machine never turns off the water supply itself.I had enough with BPL and promptly returned the product to buy a different brand, which i am using without any issues for around 4 months now.

Have been using the machine for the past six months. The machine is simple and easy to use, the clothes come out clean but pray that nothing goes wrong with the machine. Unfortunately for me a rat ate the wires of the machine and my trouble with BPL began. The after sales service is poor. The call center logged the call but the technician came to my house after four days. He could not start the machine as he did not have spare wires so he told me that he would come after two days as he was busy. He came after a full five days and that too after numerous calls to him. The call center did not have any clue as to who the technician was and they were unable to help in sending another technician. Also there is no process of closing a call. Over all I would say a good product but bad after sales service. If you are sure that nothing is likely to go wrong and you do not require after sales support then you can buy this machine.

Raise a complaint to Amazon for Refund, Completely satisfy with Amazon ServicePlease don't buy
