Ok, when I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I originally rated these 2 stars, because the audio was extremely distorted, and almost unintelligible. I have 5 units (this 4-pack plus an additional unit, bought separately). One in the basement garage/workshop, one in the basement storage room; the other 3 are upstairs - kitchen, office, garage. In other words, spread all over the house, up to 130' apart on two floors. This morning, I had a chance to play around with them. These are 10-channel units. I thought that was a privacy thing, and it might still be; I'm not sure. Anyhow, they come preset to channel 1. That's where I left them, and they had horrible sound quality. I set them all to channel 2, and VOILA! A world of difference. Now they work fine. Not hi-fi quality, by any means, but understandable from any unit to any other. YAY. My apologies to the manufacturer/vendor for the initial review.

Highly recommend this product. It's simple, easy to use, and gets the job done. With babies and senior adults in our household, we rely on this intercom as both a primary and backup communication device, and it has been extremely helpful. The communication is quick and clear, even across different floors. We live in a 3-story house, and the signal connection works flawlessly, ensuring reliable communication throughout the home. It's a must-have for families with multiple levels or large spaces with quick and reliable communication.

It was easy to set up and use.

Haven’t had the RF interference some have had. Works like expected, sounds like a walkie talkie but it’s easy to set up and works great for our two story home

It works, it is easy to set up, it is easy to use. We tried to use this system in our family home so we could call the teens down to dinner, etc... without yelling or having to exhaust our pitiful bodies by walking up a flight of stairs. We have four units set up on a house of three levels, two to three rooms between each, and on different floors. The reception seems fine. They are simple enough to use, but... We don't use them. After weeks of "Beep!"... "Yes?" "What?" "Say it again slowly please." "What?" We found it was more annoying than an uncultured and inelegant shout or texting/calling them. I'm honestly surprised that this kind of technology isn't much better. The more expensive options out there seem to suffer from the same problems. Anyone paying attention, I would pay twice as much for something that worked better.

Do not purchase. I bought the 4 pack as a family Christmas Gift to allow communication for my wife and I (age 75) in a two story home. One unit fell off a 3 &1/2 foot night stand which broke the plug totally not working now. So I contacted them through the web site, stated they would answer within 12 hours, well great ! Three days later no response. Product is clearly cheap and poorly made. DO NOT PURCHASE ! Amazon gave me the runaround after Wuloo never answered in 4 days. Amazon sent me back to them. this is a a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

The Wuloo wireless intercom system works very well in our large home. We have a large square footage of area that is difficult to communicate so I decided to purchase this intercom system to help with this. Upon arrival, the system was very easy to set up and start working right away. I purchased 4 units and an additional 2 as well. One of the units continued to have a squealing noise so I was not completely satisfied initially. A day or two later I received an email from the seller making sure everything worked well. I replied to the message letting them know one did not work well and immediately they sent me a new one. I was so surprised to receive the new one 2 days later which worked flawlessly. In addition to the seller sending me a replacement they continue to follow up and check to make sure all worked well. I have to definitely commend the sellers of this product for the wonderfull follow up as this doesn't happen very often anymore. I would gladly purchase any other product they are selling, especially if it works as well as this one did. I would highly recommend.

We purchased 6 of these units after using them at my parents place. They are perfect for our little family goat dairy, to call back to the house from the barn. Setup one in each of the main rooms in the house and one in the milk house and milking parlor. The range we use them is 200ft , then through about 4 to 5 different walls depending on what room you are calling. They do the job GREAT as intercoms for short requests, for long heart to hearts they aren't the best, unless you grew up with two ways and can deal with a little crackling.I was also impressed by Wuloo's support. We had one unit that had a power issue (11 months after purchase) and the support was great. Tried several different troubleshooting procedures and when those didn't work, wuloo didn't hesitate to stand behind their products and send replacement.I would highly recommend these intercoms
