Spa-like black head remover
The item arrived exactly as described with instructions on how to use. The suction power is very strong but it is very efficient, I recommend you start on lowest setting. I saw immediate results, my pores appeared smaller and my t-zone was much less oily. I specifically bought this item to use the red/blue light as well. I've noticed an overall improvement in my skin appearance and texture.

Strong suction, but adjustable. Quality tool.
This has a powerful suction! I was surprised, and am glad it is adjustable and has the different tips for stronger and lighter suction. The first time I used this I used it all over my face and it was noticeably smoother afterwards and I didn't even use the dermabrasion tip. I comes with a filter in it so you can use it right away which was nice because I was so eager to try it. I love that it has the blue and red light feature, very high tech. Seems like a professional quality facial tool.
