Money well spent. Quality that is worth every penny. Razor sharp (shave hair) out of the box and stays sharp (5 years later) with maintained honing.

Chef boyfriend loves it!
I was super nervous to buy this for my boyfriend who’s is the chef at a high volume restaurant. This knife has completely replaced his (very expensive) chefs knife. The quality exceeds the price. Its weight is perfectly balanced. The rounded edge make dicing and chopping effortless. Plus it’s just beautiful. I would definitely recommend!

Top Notch Knife
A Christmas gift for my lovely lady. She absolutely loves this knife. I've used it a handful of times as well. It's solid, the handle looks and feels custom made and it cuts with precision. Now looking to complete the set with the other AMICI blades.
