I think these are women's vests because the sizes are about 2 sizes small for a man and the zipper is on the left hand side. That being said, it is a GREAT vest! Excellent amount of pockets, lightweight but sturdy material, EXCELLENT customer service. I would recommend it for conceal carry or as a cover for competition-stiff enough to move out of the way when going for your draw, not so stiff it is uncomfortable or looks out of place. Add a couple of fishing fly's and patches on the pockets so you are not wearing a "shoot me first" vest and you are golden!

I’ve ordered many of these, starting way back when the sizes were Asian which means a US 3X was an Asian 6X. Well, they are true to size now but some things have changed.Pros:Still a great value.More pockets than you’ll ever need but you may end up using them all anyway.Beats the hell out of cargo pants.Only thing that goes in my pants pocket now is my keys, that’s it.Cons:Front zipper on the wrong side for men.Zipper tabs sometimes get ripped off in dryer with other clothes. Air dry or dry alone recommend. Replace tabs with zip tie, works.Pocket flap velcro has relatively short life.Some pockets are smaller than they used to be. I like my wallet in the front top zippered pocket but newer vests have smaller pockets, I have to use the velcro side on those.Stitching is sketchy, some finish work may be required, but I can sew. However, this one has a raised point on one shoulder, almost sent back…That’s it for now. Do they have some Problems? Yes.Would I buy again? I just did.

This is the second vest I have purchased. The first one was a mesh back and it was quite sad. This one seems to be much better quality even though you need to go up a couple of sizes if your gut is too big. Has a zipper front closure and many pockets. The only negative is all the velcro that is used on the pockets. Just a personal preference that I prefer snaps. I have removed some of the velcro and will be installing snaps to make me happy.

for my gaurd security duty I need extra pockets below my gear so its perfect. very useful for anything. you can go on the monorail or day shopping, hiking whatever and you are wearing about the same as four fanny packs

This vest is supposed to be a men's garment item but is actually a woman's item the zipper is on the left side not the right as men's are. The sizes are 2 sizes smaller so if you order a 3 LX you will actually be getting a extra large.

This vest is so-so. The material is thin and feels kind of flimsy, but it’s fine if you’ll be wearing the vest in warm weather. As others have noted, the zipper is on the wrong side for men and is clumsy — it’s hard to get it to zip properly. Took me 4 tries before I finally got it to zip without “unzipping” right behind the zipper. On the plus side, the sizing was pretty close — maybe a bit small but it fits OK. And it has tons of pockets, which is really helpful. Overall, it’s OK but not great by any means.

This vest feels very thin. The fit is good, a true 4XL.More than enough pockets. It looks as if it is not made well. Disappointed in the thin texture.

The vest didn't fit probably, requested a full refund. The only way to get a full refund was with me paying the returns postage. Not pleased with the customer service
