After 3 months of research,I finalize Eurodomo Chimney.Look is awesome and installation is done very next day without any followup.Installation is free compared to other brands.Prompt service and excellent product.Sound is minimal compared to other brands.I am fully satisfied with the product.

I feel like this is the worst chimney in the market right now. The chimney looks good. Apart from that everything else is bad about the chimney. The service center, suction power, most importantly the fittings are not as per the standard regulations. I am not able to find the right exhaust pipe size if I buy 6inches it too big and if I try 5 inches it's too small. It's been around 1 year since I bought the chimney I still haven't found the right exhaust pipe.When I call the service center for help they do not answer. There is no proper user manual that comes with the box also. I have searched the whole web to find out how to change the time but haven't found any solution.

Hi All,After a long search for cost economy, good brand and post sales service and usability, I am happy that I choose this one:1. Best in class price range for an automatic Chimney (For those who wonder Manual vs Automatic-Go for Automatic its always better and less maintenance demand)2. Product Quality: Its a decent quality and a medium Heavy Chimney, The toughend Glass is sturdy and Metal body is not too heavy but reasonable good (for those who wonder if its going to be too thin sheet-No it is not)3. Looks: A classy design and looks and would enhance the beauty of your kitchen4. Standard fitting and 600mm Width and a hood top section can go inside your wood work to make it look more integrated and decent. Tip: Top side wood plank needs a cut of 15 Inch wide and 11.5 inch in deapth to put this inside5. Functioning: The buttons of plus and minus are mis represented-Simplying saying this Chimney has three speed represented by three buttons.6. Very Low noise level.7. Installation cost: Yes there is an installation cost applicable (It was free earlier before 4th April 2019) 1200 INR8. Installation Support: This is the highlighter: The day I received Chimney I got whatsapp message proctively by Installation team (Faber). There was confusion regarding installation Price and I told them that I have seen lot of answers and review and it was free of cost. I had to call Customer care and was given supervisor's number. I should say a AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER HANDLING. Not only Team supervisor (Suhas Joseph) but even site installation guy (Karana Mudiraj) was extremely gentle and patient. They addressed my complaint and got me half the charges waived. We agreed. Eventually it was installed at my place-Pics attached. Faber is awesome in followup and their team knows how to be sensitive to people (Hats off)9. Functioning: Its a very silent chimney and everything is working fine. Since we haven't started using it, I can't tell about suction power in operation. Need to watch for it but apparently looks good.

Very good product.Delivery-- very far delivery from Amazon.Installation-- simply awesome. Mahaveer came to install at Greater Noida location the very next day of delivery. Amazing installation service, Mahaveer did a inspection on the day of delivery and ensured that everything needed was available. He was a thorough professional and answered all queries. The exhaust aluminium pipe and cover are given by company. The complete process was very smooth and absolutely free. Detailed demo is also provided. All in all very economical product considering installation is free and fastest among competition.

I installed it yesterday but it is no where mentioned either on box or on amazon that installation is Chargeable, I paid 1200 and they provide only 8feet pipe anything extra is chargeable extra I paid extra 850 for pipe. I am giving one star now for this missing/misleading information; after one month use I will review again. Installation is very easy, one can do it problem with this model is there is no installation kit which is mention in description though.
