It works well but I'm disappointed that it came with blue tape and not black, and that wasn't stated anywhere in the description.

I have this exact label maker. Very cute and I used to have the same one when I was in middle school as well. The first one and second one both had issues with certain letters not working no matter how hard I pressed down. As I have tendonitis now in my hands I can't press down hard enough. I can't use this label maker anymore because it becomes rather painful to use. It would have been nice if it did work. I just took it apart after reading another review. If it's already broken why not take it apart? What I found out is that the I doesn't exist on my label maker. It is missing. The C is there but it doesn't fit flush with piece that presses down. No wonder those two letters never worked. My label maker is still on the original label roll it came with. I've included pictures. One with all the letters and symbols where you can see that the C and I are not there (the C at least leaves a mark). The other picture shows the I selected and the next shows that the I is missing. The last two pictures are the C and the C not fitting flush with the part that presses down to make the label.

I love my Labeler, it is awesome. I can now add a nice label to all of my Rubberstamp Cases so I can see them clearly. I like to use these because I don't have to worry about the batteries going dead or the power going out. I can use this any time, well until I run out of Tape. lolI use it to Label my crafting items so I know where they are at.

It feels like it's falling apart and the letters never come out clear. Big waste of money! Now I have all this colored tape...what to do with it if product stinks!!!

I love it! I prefer this to other label makers as it has a retro feel to it. Each letter you need to press hard, but I think it's one of fun using this. Embossing looks so good compared to other modern/flat labels.Would buy more tapes in different colors.

Humongous piece of garbage. My fingers are sore from trying to make it work properly. So sad because when it does work 1out every 17 tries it makes the most adorable vintage labels.
