It was an very nice product but packaging was a bit hard to open but it was a very nice pillow it’s worth the money and the size is correct as well ,if u are looking for a pillow to have some quality sleep this is the perfect pillow for u and very comfortable and soft the best pillow to buy for 1000 Rs

Decent
It's a good quality pillow. Looks big ,under the head is quite thin, need to use another pillow. I have stayed in many 5 stars n other hotels.. these are not 5 STAR HOTEL pillows, don't misguide people.A few nights needed to adjust to it.The delivery was postponed twice, no reason given.

Thinner than expected.
No doubt they are good quality, soft and the bonus is that they come with their own cover. They are advertised as hotel like pillows and in the size they really are but are little thinner than my expectation. I have to use two pillows for my neck comfort. I wish they were a bit thicker so I can use them singly.

Very bad
Would not recommend.Very bad quality and it's not the same as in the picture.In the description,it clearly says soft,but it's very hard . The appearance is also not the same! I ordered a king size but it is very small. Would not buy again. I also recommend you to not buy the product

Happy with the product and the service
I was not very sure if I should go for this product but I am very happy that I placed my order. The size is prefect for the king size bed. The pillow fluffs up and are soft. The color and the feel of the pillow covers are also good. When the pillows arrived, one of the pillow was not satisfactory in quality. I placed a replace request which was followed up quite quickly and aptly by the linenwalas team member Arushi. The replaced item arrived in the perfect condition. My suggestion is to take care of the packaging so that the item does not get damaged and the hassles of the returns can be avoided.

Not as fluffy as in picture
The pillow is not stuffed completely. Flattened in not even 2 Months of use. Expected it to hold shape for much longer than it has. Unfortunately the product is now not returnable to stuck with a bad purchase

Lumpy but soft - not worth the price
They’re soft and comfortable inspite of being lumpy - not sure any hotel has this crap
