Arduino is an open-source platform used for building electronics projects. The word Arduino consists of both a physical programmable circuit board and an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that runs on your computer, is used to write and upload computer code to the physical board. The Uno is one of the more popular boards in the Arduino family and a great choice for beginners. Uno is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega328 chip from Atmel. It has 14 digital input/output pins (of which 6 can be used as PWM outputs), 6 analog inputs with a 16 MHz ceramic resonator. It includes a USB connector, power jack, an ICSP header and a reset button. It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with a AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started. Microcontroller ATmega328 Operating Voltage is 5V. Input Voltage can be anything between 7-12V Input Voltage though it works between 6-20V (not advisable though). Specifications: Digital I/O Pins 14 (of which 6 provide PWM output) Analog Input Pins 6 DC Current per I/O Pin 40 mA DC Current for 3.3V Pin 50 mA Flash Memory 32 KB (ATmega328) of which 0.5 KB used by bootloader SRAM 2 KB (ATmega328) EEPROM 1 KB (ATmega328) Clock Speed 16 MHz At VEEROBOT, we provide you an Arduino Compatible Uno board along with a high quality USB cable. What more, you also get a clear laser cut acrylic case along with the board. This is important to avoid the board touching any metal objects, or your metal table ending up with a short. All from your trusted VEEROBOT Team. Please note that this is not the original Arduino Board, but is physically and electrically compatible with the original Arduino Uno.
