Eurodomo 60 cm 1200 m³/hr Auto-Clean curved glass Kitchen Chimney (Hood Prime HC TC BK 60, Baffle Filter, Touch Control, Black)

After lot of searching and reading about different types and brands of chimney available in the market, I finalized EURODOMO chimney. I had not heard about Eurodomo earlier. Please note Eurodomo chimneys are available only on Amazon. It is a brand registered under Faber. It is a product of Faber and all installation and warranty related things are looked after by Faber. This I had enquired on customer care number provided on Eurodomo website.Product quality- Quality of chimney is very good.1. Baffle filters are of stainless steel with smooth edges.2. Hood is of powder coated steel with quality finish.3. Touch panel and upper glass panel is made from toughened glass.4. Chimney noise I found little bit on higher level. Don't know whether this the case with other brands also as I have installated for the first time. Will observe other chimneys at my friend's home.Delivery and installation1. Amazon delivery is amazing. Ordered product on 19/01/19. Product delivered at home on 20/01/19 ( Sunday) at 8.30 am. Call for installation came from Faber customer care on 21/01/19. Product installed by evening. Installation got delayed to late realization of core cutting requirement.2. Amazon delivery person opened the packing in front of me and asked me to check if product is delivered in perfectly Ok condition. Then I signed open delivery form when I agreed that product is OK at delivery. Good initiative by Amazon to avoid any kind of ambiguity of damaged product delivery.3. Installation was said to be free. But still didn't understand Faber policy of charging 300 RS for site visit. Anyways installation guy was knowledgeable and was able to resolve all queries.4. In free installation upto 10 ft of Al duct is free. Above 10 ft length is chargeable. Don't forget to fix plastic cover at duct opening to avoid entry of birds or rodents.5. If core cutting is required, then it is generally RS 180 to 200 per inch. I had to spend 1440 for 8 inch hole. 6 inch hole was done for 5 inch diameter pipe.6. Since this is Auto clean chimney no need of annual Fable Cleaning Contract. If required we can directly call customer care for cleaning requirement.7. For warranty claims Amazon invoice and technician visit receipt should be kept safely. Technician got warranty card filled by me and it will returned to me by post after stamping and updation in Faber system.8. In package, one chimney, SS oil collector, installation manual, warranty card and installation bracket was present.

Brand new chimney installed, not done properly.noise comes from it. Noise coming from it.Amazon customer services helpless, told me to chase brand product customer care directly. Now eurodomo is a Amazon only product, bought with trust of Amazon backing it. Extremely let down after spending 25 min on call with Amazon customer service, by the end they stopped answering as they had no answers to give. This is what they do to a loyal, longstanding customer. Had to chase down company to get someone to fix it finally

The product is under the brand name of faber. Got to know this in review section of amazon. It's been one month since I purchased n reviewing the product. I have purchased 90 cm variant. It looks sturdy and is very effective. Have great suction power especially for deep frying n every high level cooking.Have some noise while operating the chimney as it don't have the silent chimney feature. Also one thing is that the led light provided inside the chimney did not give adequate light over the stove as required. Apart from this chimney works excellent. Installation was also good, quick n smooth. The customer support provided by faber is also commendable. Will suggest to purchase this as it comes with all the possible facilities in budget.

The product has three suction settings for different types of cooking. It is very easy to operate with a minimalistic button layout. Installation was on time and is chargeable in Faridabad @ Rs 600. Installation kit is not bundled and is provided by Eurodomo at Rs 1200 per kit. The engineer brings the installation kit and payment can be made in cash and by payment gateways such as Paytm. The duct pipe provided with the installation kit is 9 feet long. In case the chimney position in your kitchen requires a longer duct pipe then kindly discuss with the installation engineer before the installation date. Duct pipe can also be purchased independently but then the specifications have to be right so as to ensure zero hassle and maximum compatibility.

The product is budget friendly and it suits for for an Indian Kitchen. The product looks decent and the operation is also hassle free. Amazon delivery is prompt and on time. We won't get any free installation. We need to spend money for standard installation, Chimney pipe and the connector... which will cost around 2k to 2.5k. I will recommend this product if anyone is looking for a budget Chimney with good performance.

Product is good because Faber is the manufacturer, installation to site & service. More than 6 months over but no service done by Faber.....???. Hence, am rating 4. Cost effective, maintenance are good. You can purchase this Faber chimneys am sure the cost will be double...... This review given post 6 months usage.

Chimney is good at this price, also silent but speed of the fan slow somewhere as company shows 1200 cmf . Build quality is good also look beautiful, heavy buffal filter but size is small in 90 cm chimney.

Product looks promising,stylish and good material. Only concern is installation.. I had to prove them it was a free installation and because it was free they did not even bother to fix the exhaust pipe. Simple anwer is they are not concerned person. Over free installation means that they will only hook the chimney to your kitchen wall and charge u 600 .
