More or less you will feel any effect of white kidney beans extract
I still can't say is it works or not. But the effect what I felt after using 2 pills in the same time I am bloated.Probably appetite suppression present as well.

Super handy for keto cheat days. Haven’t used it on full blown carbs but when using on say crumbed meats I take this and it doesn’t blow me off ketosis. Bought this to replace carb blocker from protein world and does the trick, ten fold. Will deffo be buying again!
