The media could not be loaded. One of the most hyped medicine for cat and dog CKD cases. Medicine is available in the US, UK and Singapore, however since I was based out of India I could not get access to this medicine. Tried for help from relatives and friends and was not successful getting the medicine. My dog has been counting her days and since this was the only thing I had not tried I thought even after poor reviews on Amazon let's order and see. Firstly, the delivery took 4 weeks, in which my furry friends values were so much fluctuating day by day... Had given up hopes on the medicine arriving any sooner. Then comes the medicine after 4 weeks, now the most important part to note is that the medicine has to be kept cold at 4 degree Celsius with proper packaging and ice packs, I open the parcel and I see that only the medicine is in the box and it was delivered to me in room temperature condition. My humble request to Amazon is, please stop selling this medicine. With so much hope we order the medicine and for the cost, time of arrival and condition of the packaging it's not worth or recommend.... Very disappointing...
