Hintz cocoa powder is dutch processed (alkalized) to lower the acidity and to make it neutral. It is gluten free and this is the only cocoa powder that i can take. Normal cocoa powders like Hershey's causes acidity for me. I use this for baking chocolate fudge cake and the deep dark reddish brown color and the flavour you get from this cocoa powder is divine.

It's average, not that great !!
It's average, not that great !! Actually need to add some extra cream or milk powder for that rich taste, otherwise just feels like a suspension of chocolate powder in milk which is not that palatable - also, need to add quite a bit of sugar to neutralise that bitter taste ! Much better than stupid Cadbury or Hershey's chocolate powder though, if you really want to drink hot chocolate daily !
