Use "gently" and do not use salt with this. Daughter-in-L from Brazil gave us this and we are "HOOKED"!!!!!!! Use on almost everything now!!!!!

Have been using this seasoning for years. Have been unable to find it in large containers at local grocery stores. It adds good flavor to most foods. Great value for amount.

I originally bought this seasoning in Mexico at the local supermarket when I was staying in an apartment in downtown Playa. We brought the leftover seasoning home the extras. After that, I'm not sure why we have a lot of our spices in our cupboard at home because this really is our go to. I've put a bottle in our camper and we don't need much other extra seasonings when we travel except maybe the cinnamon and nutmeg.Eggs, potatoes, meat (particularly chicken), veggies, it really goes on anything and it's fantastic! If you are a big fan of cilantro, you'll love this as it's a pretty prevalent note in this blend. Just buy some, seriously, you won't be unhappy about it.
