Arrivato integro e in tempi rapidi. Ottimi fiocchi d'Avena, l'alternativa leggera alla colazione tradizionale. L'avena è un cibo ricco di fibre e proteine. Quando lo mangio a colazione sono sazio per diverse ore e non ho la necessità di mangiare altro, quindi, é adatta anche per inserirlo nelle diete. Buon sapore , si amalgama bene con tutto e cottura veloce in pochi minuti. Lo consiglio fortemente!

normalde eti lifalif ince öğütülmüş tüketiyorum. ancak gitmiyor kardeşim boğazdan. bunu bir deneyeyim dedim. valla eti lifalifin tek öğünde yiyebildiğim miktarın üç katını hiçbir zorluk çekmeden tüketiyorum. ah keşke fiyatı da kırmızı etle yarışmasaydı.

Da un paio d'anni faccio colazione con questi ottimi fiocchi d'Avena. Due minuti nel microonde, un cucchiaino di miele... buonissimo! Prima prendevo le dosi in bustina. Non essendo più disponibili, ho scoperto il barattolo: 4 cucchiai rari, un bicchiere di latte e vanno benissimo, occupando anche meno spazio. Ottimi per chi si allena e per alleviare il senso di fame la mattina.
