The 6101 Series keyboard with Windows keys is designed to offer users a more convenient and efficient interface with the Windows operating system. Its unique center-bearing switch technology offers both a superior user interface and enhanced product reliability. Discover the Key Tronic difference -- with the 6101 Series Windows compatible keyboard. The E06101USB-C has the Key Tronic Ergo Technology. Most keyboards use a standard 55 grams of force required to register every key, Ergo Technology has 5 different levels of force. From 35 grams to 80 grams - that correspond to the strength of the finger that touches the keys. The result is more comfort for your hands.

Good USB keyboard with an L-return
I bought this keyboard to replace an old "AT"-connector keyboard I have had for many years. This keyboard has two convenience USB ports (but I have not used them yet). The key action is good: not too stiff and not too mushy. This keyboard has the "Windows key" (the old keyboard did not have this). The downside of having the Windows key is that the space-bar is a little shorter than I am used to.The foldable legs on the back edge elevate the back of the keyboard about 1/2 inch.

Some Keyboards are More Useful than Others
I like the USB keyboard with Hub. We all know that computer cables have much in common with coathangers in a dark closet - you look aside and they magically end up in snarls. This keyboard needs only one cable to the processor. You connect your mouse to the keyboard hub - its cable thus stays on the desk where it is useful. The second hub port is a convenient socket for a flash drive - the classroom substitute for a floppy disk. The keyboard is right where you want to see a student's flash drive when assuring that his typing project is safely stored. Gone is the need to reach into the mare's nest of cables under the desk and connect the flash drive to the correct machine.

Best and down to earth available in this price range
The only reason I dont give 5 stars is the lack of models without William Gates Keys, no choice of color, USB hub is only 2-port.I was looking for a basic KB with USB hub usable for gaming, and I found it in this one, it was betweem thisone and a $150 keyboard, I tried this one first and after removing the left side Windows button I am very happy with it.It is a step up from the cheapest Key Tronic, nice touch, good warranty, good weight, good key placement and accuracy, built in USB hub, no nik-nak buttons and other bull.

Keytronic-tops
Keytronics has always made great keyboards, particularly for those of us getting along in age. They are large, USB friendly, just enough pressure on touch to not skip around, and easy to read. Love them. This is like my 20th keyboard. I go through a lot since I work on them 8 hours a day 7 days a week. Even attach one to my laptop. Can't praise them enough.

Old school keyboard, there is no advantage on using this keyboard other than the lovely sound that makes when typing it.
