CounterSniper 112 Tactical Scope with 30 MM Objective Contract Overrun Rear Focal Plane

This optics about 2 inches longer than the 1-4, as always with counter sniper the image is crystal clear. 12 power and actual 1 power in a small package really make a difference. Not to happy that the through lever go from 12 to 6 o`clock and not 9 to 3. I have not fixed it to a rifle yet but so far it looks like it will do the job.

The magnification is not what it claims. For example, looking through a Vortex $900 scope at 12x is much more magnified than this scope. Packaging and documentation makes claims that are false - "contract overrun" - no military or law enforcement has ever purchased these. Lens coatings are stated as "Bertrillium-Zantitium™" - what periodic table are they using ??? LOL, you can't make this stuff up! - err, well, apparently you can. After doing research, I discovered this company was raided by DHS due to incorrect claims that CounterSniper scopes are made in Rochester, NY rather than China. The reticle is full of fail - why on earth are there so many useless lines and markings. No rings were included, although its pictured and others reported getting rings. Instructions are totally worthless as they are generic to cover all their scopes. This thing weighs much more than a similar scope with its capabilities - maybe it's the Bertrillium coating?.I purchased it because it was very cheap and on a Amazon lightning deal where I had little time to research. This scope shouldn't even exist in a bubble gum machine and is probably not even airsoft worthy.

It is a very good scope after you know how to use a special reticule . Excellent quality scope. Five stars.

This is the second rifle I have Counter Sniper on. Very tuff, and rugged. Several other shooter have been envious.

NO stars, why because it is made in China, claims to be made in the US of German components, and the "manufacturer" was a residential house that was raided by the feds for breaking import laws. The "manufacturer" was in a strip mall where they imported stuff and took the "made in china" stickers off. The story made the news.. Search for the headline federal-agents-raid-bois-darc-mansion-and-springfield-business . Various reviewers on other sites have had problems with not holding zero, problems with stripped adjustments, and distorted glass(my drinking glasses have better quality glass).

Save your money and time, go to wal-mart and buy the cheapest scope you can find and it will be about 500 times better then these pieces of junk. Not only will they not hold zero and have horrible glass but the lenses will fall out. They are a danger to all who use them. TOTAL JUNK. Chinese made stuff being sold under false pretenses.
