These mesh panties are made to securely hold full-sized postpartum maternity pads. The polyester/spandex knit makes these underwear very comfortable, light-weight, stretchable and breathable. These premium pants have finished leg seams and a high waist to provide extended length to cover the torso, perfect for c-section bandage support. Our mesh boxer/brief style pants are reusable but also affordable enough to dispose of when they become too spoiled. It is best to hand-wash these reusable briefs to get the most use out of them, but they can also be washed on the delicate cycle in a standard washing machine like normal underwear.

Very nice, l use these to wear pads, and they are washable too. I gave a few to my Motherinlaw she is 93 and having some control issues so she can put pad in these and she loves them.

Using these as disposables basically.
Using these for post-pardum (after child birth) as I would like to not ruin my expensive under garments! We'll see how they hold up but I have washed them and they look fine as expected. Even if one or two pairs messes up its no biggie that's what I bought them for.
