This product does as it says. It is very effective on chlorinated tap water. Ideally add a little quantity for example 10 ml to a large sized bucket of water and it will immediately remove all the impurities. This product is value for money and is harmless to the fish. I have koi fish and so far it isn't causing them any trouble.

Works as advertised. Softens water and removes chlorine from water.

Must have product for hobbyist who use tap water removes chlorine efficiently and is fish friendly a but expensive as compared to other options available..

Wee have in our Society50% boring water50% Narmada Canel water...So I bye this product I used it after 7 days is my fish tank....After the water , conditioner the bad smell goes away and more water looks very clean but it's for only 2-3 days after that it it will look like the same before using the water conditioner but it's good

I have no doubts on API products.The interesting part is the "saller". Thay knows the importance of expiry date of some products. The seller sent me the API water conditioner, and expiry date is jun, 2025. Lots of love for this seller "AquaNature".
