Reusable Revolution 4 Pack Sonic Mole Chaser - Battery Operated Pest Repeller Stake, Scares Away Moles, Voles, Gophers and Rats (Green & Black)

One of the four doesn't seem to work as there isn't an initial tone or any periodic tone as with the other three. Since the first three are in the ground, I didn't return them (probably should have). To soon to tell if they repel gophers as advertised.Update: GreenLighting Solar replaced the broken stake quickly and without any hassles. I have gotten these "contact vendor and we will make it right" messages from others in the past with no response. GreenLighting Solar did respond and did make it right! Cudoos. Now lets just hope they keep the gophers out of my garden.So far so good. Lots of holes and mounds out in the yard, but none near the stakes in the garden after a month or so.

Robust stakes should last a few years. Moles are gone now, but I cannot say for sure whether these stakes are the reason. Nevertheless, each stake does its job and emits a square-wave like tone (lots of harmonic content) for about 1 second once a minute or so. (each stake is tuned a little different, but all are in the range of about 400Hz +/- 50Hz). I did my best to place the stakes where the mole tunnels were by shoving them into the mole hills.

Decided to purchase these when my solar mole repeller spikes died. After two or three years of no moles and no more solar spikes I opted for these given the ease of changing batteries. Needless to say the moles were back so inserted these as directed and crossed my fingers. I had mole hills all over the fence line in my backyard in the dirt probably hills 6-10 ft apart along a 100 ft fence line. Stomped down all the active molehills and inserted for the spikes as instructed. Within 2-3 days moles actually brought up right next to the spikes, didn't repel them at all, just attracted them!

I give these a four because they haven't been in the ground all that long and these review requests should not come out so quick. These appear to be working better than some solar ones we also have in the ground. I personally think they are better because of the construction which allows one to place them deeper in the ground than the solar powered ones. I like them because they are easy to place and use batteries. The moles have yet to penetrate the zone with these stakes, but I haven't really seen evidence of the moles running away, just not coming into the zone. I do recommend these, though I am still waiting to determine battery life.

I like using Batteries instead of depending on the sun to shine.I like being able to place Chaser under Bushes.

These seem to get rid of moles, when they work. But they are very poorly constructed and didn't even make it through one battery change. I ordered 4 but now only 1 is still working.

Work well to make the moles move to a different spot. Arrived when expected.

The product arrived last night. One of the four units had no internal elements were present. Completely unusable. Please advise. THANK YOU JAN McMullen
