This food is a non floating or I must say slow setteling fish food. There is no way that the bits will not have dusty residue in the last, hence i park that complains from others however the granules are good course and it was nice change of taste for my fishes. I have a 825 ltr tank with 22 mates in it including Arowana. All were good after the fish feed. Recommended is to turn on the internal filter for the feed time as it has the tendency to suck these up.

Better Nutritious food ...
It is good food for cichilds. But not for your aquarium water. It's dust parts are dirty your aquarium water. But I think, If you have planned tank then it ok.
