Irrespective of the high price I bought this thinking it is sorted well but found some impurities.Pros :1. No odour2. Add to water and wait for some hours. It will absorb water and puff up. Gives a good feel when drinking the water3. quantity is enough for 1 month, as I usually put only 1 tbs to 1 litre of water.Cons:1. Found impurities in it, can only be recognized while drinking the water. some particles ( I think low quality ones are mixed up in it) wont absorb water and it will remain like mustard seeds. Usually the good ones will have gel like coating but these bad ones will remain as it is in water even after soaking for hours. Not expected for this brand and the price.2. Not sure about the after effects, though nothing is noted visibly just weight reduction. But no adverse side effects as well.2.2.

Ok product

A bit expensive as compared to market rate. Brought it online because of the reviews that it is clean and there are no impurities. But found some impurities in this pack also, although less compared to one brought from local market. Otherwise the product is nice.

After taking this chia seeds for a week, started feeling heat in my body. At times, my eyes feels so watery. So i stopped consuming. Not sure whether to start this again.

when soaked in water it permeates gel kind of liquid which is helpful to reduce BP this Chia seeds are good. Anyway, a little costly for regular use. But the quality of the product is so good. Clean grains, odourless and sorted.
