UPCase Waterguard for Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD, Kindle 1 & 2 & Other 6" - 7" Tablets - (3-Pack)

These are great for putting things in while you're kayaking around. Having 3 is perfect because I can put my kindle in one, my phone and keys in another and have a spare for any friend that comes along with me. I haven't actually dumped these overboard, but I would feel comfortable if they did fall over temporarily. The zippy part is hard to zip so I wouldn't submerge these intentionally. Probably great for any kind of boating. I can use my phone or kindle while it's in there... it feels my finger swipes easily.

On first inspection i found the zip lock seals to be tough to get a good seal from and had to apply a small amount of neosporin to the seals to get them to interlock tightly I have used one for three days and seems to be holding up well fully submersed and does get very soft and supple when in the sauna. The sauna for 17 minutes at 175 degrees and then into a 104 degree spa for 22 minutes and then into a 78 degree pool for 60 minutes. oh and cant forget the 7 minutes shower. I will say that since the second day of use the seal has functioned significantly better. Two seals two fold and two snaps and this keeps my nook HD quite dry. I will follow up again in three weeks with an update. the first one from another seller and different type claiming to ne waterproof lasted all of 19 days before it leakedFollow up of 4 24 2015 This one lasted 20 days as opposed to the first one i tried from another manufacturer. This one now has a good size leak on the back side where the snap fold is stitched to the blue panel the second one I set up to use has an issue with the zip feature not being aligned properly

These work great for me! The touchscreen on my kindle and my cell phone work fine through the plastic, but my the touchscreen on my sister's nook didn't work. I love them, and they are really waterproof, sandproof, etc. Just keep it mind if you have a nook, it may not work.

Work well. Just what I was looking for to take my Kindle to the beach. I don't take it into the ocean I use it to protect my Kindle from the sand. I did water test them and they all passed.

i use this all the time in the hot tub - I'll be taking it on my trip to Belize - only problem - no instructions on how to test.... frustrated with that

Works great for the pool, I haven't dropped the kindle into the water yet, but I feel like if it falls this pouch won't have any problems keeping out water for a quick dip.

Love these! I now can read my Kindle while in the hot tub. Works like a charm. I bought the 3 pack because my husband can use this for his tablet and we still have a spare.Originally purchased an expensive waterproof kindle case... It was way too hard to get off/on. This isn't fancy but does the job like a champ.

Neat idea but check the seams on the front and back. I noticed to late that a small area had not been sealed properly and though was never submerged, let enough water in to make my Kindle Fire inoperable. Not what I wanted to happen the first day of my vacation.
