TotalBoat Wet Edge Deck Paint

I used this product along with their primer and brushing thinner to paint my cypress wood deck railing. Expensive but easy to apply. Cleanup can be a pain. Looked good until it mildewed. Now what?

Total Boat Primer cans ( there were 2 1 QT cans) arrived dented but the box used to ship the cans were fine. I was still able to use the product and it coated as advertised.

Used this over 25 year old gel coat after prepping it correctly. Goes on smoothly without being runny and set up in 4-5 hours in 75 degree weather. Real nice coverage with one coat of white on white.

Very easy product to apply. I have used on multiple different boat products and it holds up well. I regret painting the deck of my boat deck with the white because of how shiny and bright it is. I can also say that it doesn’t do well underwater (which is obviously not what it’s made for.) I typically only have my boat in for the day so the bottom was painted with this product. This year I ended up leaving it in the lake for a couple of weeks and everything under the water line bubbled up like a bad case of monkey pox. I would recommend this product for its intended use and I plan on using it again in the future.

Awesome product. Would totally recommend. Follow instructions on can or online and it goes on like glass.
