Fat should be saturated and Mono-unsaturated and low on polyunsaturated...label does not state how much of poly and mono.Overall, lovely option for low-carbers and people on keto, but should look at reducing carbs and sugars further by using stevia and erythritol.Go for it, eat and judge yourself!

These are great. I am a big fan of Lara bars but struggled to find a good local alternative that fit a Paleo/AIP plan. These are nothing like Lara bars (Lara bars have a base of whizzed up dates & are very soft, these have a base of nut pieces & are crunchy) but they are really wholesome-tasting satisfying. They are quite lightly sweet; great quality. Very pleased with this purchase.

I love it. This is the only bar that’s so full of nuts nuts and nuttin’ else! (See what I did there? Ha!)Flavor is great, for what it provides its great value for money because it’s literally just packed with nuts, no filler-grains. And I love the taste.I’m docking one point for receiving a product that was only 3 months away from expiry. It was a box of ten, and the whole product has a shelf life of nine months so I felt a little miffed that I received an older product than I would have liked.

Both my husband and I love this, very healthy and chocolatey treat. I am looking to stop eating white sugar and this paleo chocolate nut bar sweetened with honey is a great substitute.Update: I have recently been diagnosed with honey intolerance so unfortunately I have to stop eating this :-/ my husband still loves it though, and this is a much better option to give kids.

Today it came, i tried it. tasty but this is little bit expensive....one bar is enough for breakfast so if you are in hurry you can take and eat it. price should be around 30rs per bar but they are charging 75rs per bar.

NutNut dark choco almond all natural snack,I got from Amazon today is excellent in taste, though little sticky inside, better if you refrigerate it 2-3 hours before you snack. Delicious, nutritious in every aspect. Highly recommended for all age groups.

The taste is really good and I received my package on time. However, The package received only had 8pc instead of 10pc which was the original order.

It's not like wow it is fine, it's not heavy it's light in taste.
