Highly Disappointed...the material is not good at all you can't do all your yoga exercises like suryanamaskar etc. because it's so slippery. I slipped so many times while doing yoga... So if you want to sit and do asans then its good or else one should not buy it.

The thicknesss is appropriate, very comfortable to do headstands and other asanas which pose threat to knees and neck .It has started skidding after a month's usage and if you are using it on slightly dusty surface then you may topple over and hurt yourself trying to do yoga especially.I would recommend for normal excersices which are not so movement based , but if you plan to indulge in a lot of movement excersices ,please see something which sticks to the ground more firmly.

I would have given 5 if I had received carrying strap. That was bit disappointment. The colour is dull than the shown picture, but the quality is good.

item came on time, but the patterns on the mat to make it anti skid, esp for such a price was not adequate, mat was slipping and ground grip was not good enough.

very soft.. and dont expect anything rubbery.. feel like a piece of foam... it is not good for yoga..you might loss balance in between which could be dangerous.. may be good if you want to lie down and take rest after yoga session.. stretches unnecessarily

Purchased for my friend. He is satisfied with the quality.

Overall product looks good and worth for the money.Only Con is : Mat gives slippery sound because of oil finishing.
