It works
It is good protein, but you have to get over the bland taste if you are simply mixing in water without any other taste enhancers. It gets frothy if you shake it in a bottle. it does give muscle gain so it works

The best soy extract.
This is my first soy protein extract and it is good although chinese (as I dont promote chinese items).Next time I may try an indian brand.But this one is well digested and probably the best textured extract, smooth and fine.

Product is good but lacks in platter and additives for good digestion of protein.Creates heaviness,bloating,and indigetion problems.

I regret purchasing this product. It’s essentially just a powdered form of soybeans with a terrible, bitter taste that’s hard to mask, even in smoothies and its low-quality. Not Recommended.
