Pencil is GOOD
Mechanical pencils are all good for their ease of use and writing speeds.Justifying the price tag of ₹500 is difficult for Steadler, but here are some takeaway:* It is smooth* Writing speed is maintained throughout* The leads provided with it are sturdy and not easily broken* Grip at the writing position helps for long sessions* Looks matterSo, to summarise the pencil is good but falls short to justify its price. Had it been priced b/w 300-400, it is a steal for the money

Good quality. But expensive
It is good quality. Can someone explain why my metal sleeve is always retracted. After 2 weeks of use it is sticking out all the time. Not going inside. Even with force. What happened with my pencil. If anyone has solution please post asnwer to my questions in Q&A

The media could not be loaded. Came a day early. Packaged well, no tears or rough handling. The pen is superb, to be expected from staedtler. Writes well, mechanism is smooth and the leads are strong. However, the leads inside the pencil are not HB. They appear to be 4B or 6B.

Average Quality
The media could not be loaded. Material quality is for okay, not worth the price. A 10 rupees pencil also writes the same. Its not as heavy as I was expecting. Was expecting a good experience. If you love the brand or some other reason(eg. If you're rich) go for it.

Flimsy plastic!
The casing where eraser sits is made of extremely thin, flimsy plastic. Used the eraser a couple of times, and that was enough to break this casing. Unbelievably poor quality from Staedtler, at this price.
