Its a good product at economical price. Have been using it for quite some time now and find it very useful and no issues reported till date.

Received defective product.

Product received was not the same as shown in the image . Some pink colour product was received. But the product works fine, matches all other features mentioned.

Once I returned the product on the ground that there no ISO certification stamp on the product anywhere. Another product was sent when I preferred this option. But again similar product was delivered to me. Now I am using itI think it is a good product and gives some relief from pain. But it remains heated for 30 min only and thereafter the heat enegy stored in the bag becomes too small to yield any appreciable effect on heating the affected area.

Nice , gets heated in 5-10 minutes and keep warm for about 40+ minutes. Good worth for money.

Works fine, heats up quickly, doesn't retain heat for very long. The gel inside (if present) feels just like water. My only gripes are that the charging cable could had been longer and that a colour choice can be given to the customer.

Very effective and convenient to use forbackache kee pain and to warm yourself in winters at night in bed

Low quality switch,Socket pins are getting melt on heating and pins are coming out from pad.Very worst experience with this product waste of money.
