Came later than advertised but genuine cartridges gave them a good shake especially the Black as it has settled in storage installed cleaned heads and away we go working from home has thrown up a few hick ups ink being only one of many, but now my printer is back in service I can catch up!All these things are normally covered at work and it's only when you no longer have access to that stationery cupboard that you realise just how much stuff you use

The product had been posted in a padded envelope. the flap was open on delivery. Only one cartridge was inside. Had the envelope been sealed correctly? I doubt it. But life isn't long enough to chase this up! Just a mental note not to use this supplier again. No problem with the product.

The ink cartridge bought for my brother printer was very cheap for a genuine brother part (compared to buying from the manufacturer). I would have no hesitation in recommending "Amazon".
