I wore this bag on my treadmill and while I went shopping for the first time this weekend.I can say it holds, my keys, ID, Ipod and cell phone.Yes I would recommend it to all of my family and friends who workout, also to our season people who dont like carrying there purses in the stores.

You have two pouches for your stuff which is always good. I bought it for hiking & it worked out well. I also used it in a marathon & I had enough room for my gels. FYI.., the buckle is larger than the name brand belts. It's a good belt for the price.

Pretty awesome. Phone, wallet and hotel key fit in this. You can barely notice you are wearing this. It's not a fanny pack, it's way cooler.

Very misleading product name. THIS IS NOT A WATERPROOF ITEM! I used it when I went to costa rica to keep my money in and phone and it all fit nicely, but it is NOT waterproof. I had to use ziploc bags on my things before putting them inside.

It has a waterproof zipper, but the other stretchy material is definitely NOT waterproof.Do not buy this junk for anything you want to protect from water or sweat!
