I found this filter to be the best for its purpose & usage. Perfectly designed, very robust, rugged & very good quality. Best product for getting water cleaned from suspended material. Steel screen inside is of an excellent quality. Arrangement for cleaning the steel screen quickly is very easy, very convenient. I have installed it on a pipeline for kitchen sink, RO filter & automatic washing machine. Working perfectly fine.Very reasonably priced. Check detailed review below,3/4 inch product is suitable for outside water tank but someone wants to use it for internal gezer purpose then it's difficult to find the 3/4 internal thread connecter.Somehow I have found and purchased with huge prize & assembled.Finally it's working fine. no issues with the product . just works for my hydroponic system

Used this filter for removing floating particles in the water, coming from overhead tank. Connected 3/4" filter assembly at the inlet point with a 1/2" nipple and a reducer (3/4" to 1/2"). It works fine and safeguards RO water purifier, Washing machine and Dishwasher. Also the taps with aerator doesn't get clogged.Very useful item and saves time and money.If the supplier has given an adaptor (3/4" female to 1/2" male), I would have lauded profusely.However I am happy.

I am writing this review after 7 months of usage. Buying such type of time is pure waste of money. This Filter is supposed to remove all unwanted deposits collected in overhead water tanks which otherwise flows unrestricted in the pipe when we open taps in our homes. First of all, you need to call a plumber to fix the filter. Plumber will charge you around Rs. 600-700.00 for installation. So by the time this Filter is installed, you would have spent around Rs.1,100-1,200.00 for one filter. Worst part is this filter is unable to prevent deposits collected in tank from flowing into pipes. Every fortnight, we are required to clean the filters provided in washing machines, taps, shower, etc. collected in water tank.

This is a must / to have product even otherwise.Filters the sediments well enough and it's easy to wash off, just open the end cap while the water connection is on.Every household must have this I stalled for overhead tanks for 1.1/2 inch pvc pipe. This keeps the sediments from clogging the bathroom fittings.
