I was hesitant to try these bands because i was sure they would slip and be annoying. I also was skeptical that they can really give resistance the way i am used to with regular equipment. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they do not slip and they have enough resistance to build muscle. I am so happy with them and now prefer using them to weights.

Was so excited about this purchase, however, after opening the package I was turned off by the smell. I couldn’t even use them! Ended up buying something similar from another company.

I don't have time to go to a gym. I like this product because it gives me a pretty good workout without me having to have bulky equipment. I keep the exercise bands in my desk drawer at work and I use them during breaks, etc. Give me a good stretch and muscle workout at the same time. I like this better than weights.

These hipbands are great quality! They don't move around and they are very durable. 3 different colors and different strengths for various exercises. I am extremely pleased with my purchase!

Good quality. I’ve used the small one enough that the elastic is starting to break, but it still works.Definitely a great addition to your leg days.

A friend of mine recommended these bands to me and BOY did they make me sore after the workout!! I was working out muscles that normally don't get worked out when I'm doing cardio or a leg work out. These bands were a game changer in my work out!!

I have tried other types of resistance bands but they would slide around and had too much ""give"" . These are made of a better fabric. They do not slip and have strong resistance and strength. Nice product.
