I have an IMac and it works perfectly, it is plug and play, I am not certain why is not working for you.

No clue! Didn’t know there were any. I didn’t find a need for any accessories anyway, comes with everything you need.

can it be connected to a samsung tablet?

If the tablet has a standard USB port, my assumption would be yes, it can. That's all that's required to connect it to a computer tower so I would think it wouldn't be any different for any other device.

Too wide angle of view. Can i narrow it down to 90 or 70is %?

You can download 3rd party apps that add camera controls including zoom. Search the AppStore with the phrase “web cam effects” and you will find good options.
