Good product. Economical. I bought this bipod for my AR15. I needed to zero my rifle. I did not want to rent a shooting rest at the shooting range due to it not being bolted to the table; and unstable, which makes zeroing a rifle troublesome. Bipod is good for the shooting range, not for other activities. If you don't want to buy overpriced and cheaply made shooting rests, buy this Caldwell bipod.

The bipod itself is solid, well made, stable, easy to install and mounts securely to pic rail. The ONLY thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is no way to attach a sling - in any way - under or to the bipod pic rail base. No tab, no ring, no cup, no swivel, no nothing. Find another place to attach your sling because it ain't going on here. That said, everything else is great about it especially for the price. I give it 4 stars and if you have your sling attachment worked out elsewhere I do recommend it.

Not as good as say, a Harris. But totally serviceable. I swap this between two rifles when the need suits. It does not live on either of these rifles so the QD is vary handy. Happy with the purchase but if you need the best dang bi pod out there, spend more and get one of the higher end ones. For everyone else, this thing does get the job done. IE. I use mine for shooting in crappy places like quarries and the in the hills. Excellent for that. My bench rest tack driving .22 got a Harris and it is a better bipod.

Just as good as my Dad's Harris. I like it even better because it's fixed and doesn't pivot. It's much more stable than the Harris.

Picked one up a week ago and was very surprised as to how well made this bipod is so I went ahead and picked another up. It is sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. Once it is installed on your rifle’s picatinny rail, it is not going anywhere and is not wobbly at all. Caldwell did well on this product and I totally recommend it. Thumbs up!

I installed this on my picatinny rail on my M&P Sport 2 and it works like a charm! Esse of install and ease of removing and adjusting the legs are what sold me!
