THE BEST chocolate powder in the world!
I’m a super duper fan of this product after having it for a few years. I use it primarily for hot chocolate, as not only does it taste delicious and indulgent without being too sweet but it’s one of the few chocolate powders that doesn’t upset my stomach! I have used it for baking too and it gives a great result...better than various known brand cocoa powders. I’ve even converted others to it...that’s how good it is! The customer service is excellent too. My top tip for making a good hot chocolate without so much faff is to mix three heaped teaspoons in a mug with a small amount of milk. Mix to a paste then add more milk, leaving about 2cm at the top of the mug. Heat in a microwave for about 1min 45 (adjust accordingly) then mix again and enjoy!

Simply the best hot chocolate
If like me you like proper hot chocolate without all the granulated or hidden sugar in most of the so called premium brands then this is what you should buy.For years now I have been repeat buying Mortimers as you truly cannot find a better hot chocolate. The Ecuador and West African each have their own characteristics but with a properly high cocoa solid percentage you know you won't get a sickly sugary end result.Better still these are suitable for all sorts of cooking - their website has some ideas.Once you move onto Mortimers hot chocolate you'll never buy another brand again.

Tasteless Chocolate!
P Poor product! Very little flakes, full of rock hard balls of Chocolate. Had to smash em with Magimix! Little taste, had to mix with 4 packs Hotel Chocola to make drinkable! DONT waste your Money here!

Tastes like cheap hot chocolate.
Expected to be able to make delicious brownies with this, what a disappointment. Stick to good quality cocoa powder this stuff is a complete waste of money, more like cheap hot chocolate.

Properly chocolatey
Bought this for my Hotel Chocolate Velvetiser and it works brilliantly. Would also be fantastic for making hot chocolate in a pan or microwave. Tastes like actual chocolate without all the sweetness that often takes over. Not too bitter at all, just properly, suitably chocolaty. 100% happy with it. Might try the one from Equador next.

Fantastic product!
I've bought Mortimer products for about 9 years now, and they are amazing. I use mine mainly for baking cakes and brownies (you get the most spectacular bloom on them), but have also had a hot chocolate or two.Forget coco powder, even the best money can buy is nothing compared to the results you get with this spectacular product.Amazing!
